It's like Angie's List only you don't have to pay. You enter in your project description and get quotes from local servicers who are licensed, bonded, and highly rated. You never have to pay anything extra. I think the contractors have to maintain a certain level of positive feedback to stay on the list.
Of course, Recessionista loves not having to pay. And she likes that you're not obligated to purchase any service that's quoted. Two thumbs up for comparison shopping!
